Welcome to Carmpus (the "Website"), operated by Carmpus Educational Global System Ltds ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carmpus Educational Global System Ltds. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Website provides educational technology services, including but not limited to online courses, tutorials, learning materials, and community forums (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
We offer various subscription plans and individual course purchases. The pricing for our Services is as follows:
- Free Plan: Limited access to the platform.
- Premium Plan: 3,200 Naira/month or $2.00/month for full access to the platform, and additional features such as personalized learning paths.
- Individual Course Purchases: Prices vary based on the course,depending on the tutor.
All prices are in NGN for Nigerians and USD for Non-Nigerians and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of our Services at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email or through the Website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
3.3 Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the Services you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (Section 4).
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans and individual course purchases, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content or used the Services extensively. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@carmpus.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. No refunds will be issued for free plans or promotional offers.
5. User Accounts
To access certain Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@carmpus.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without our prior written consent.
